Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Amifuwa. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

· Returned within 30 days of delivery

· Unused, clean, and in its original condition

· In the original packaging, if possible

· Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

For health and hygiene reasons, pet products that have been used, washed, damaged, contaminated by pets, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

· Used pet beds, blankets, mats, toys, grooming tools, or hygiene-related products

· Items damaged by pets, including chewing, scratching, biting, or tearing

· Personalized or customized products

· Final sale or clearance items

· Items damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Please note that Amifuwa does not sell pet food, pet medicine, or pet health supplements.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at:

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will provide return instructions and the return address after your request is reviewed. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at order@amifuwa.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a solution.

One-Year Warranty

Amifuwa offers a 1-year warranty on eligible products against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

· Damage caused by misuse or improper care

· Pet chewing, scratching, biting, or tearing

· Accidents or unauthorized modifications

· Normal wear and tear

· Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage
